The offer wasn’t unusual, but the way his tone dipped—quiet, intentional—made Juhoon’s pulse stumble. He glanced sideways, trying to read Martin’s expression, but the leader was already focused on the floor where the maknaes were arguing again.
“Yeah,” Juhoon said softly. “Let’s.”
Their eyes met for a fraction of a second too long. Juhoon looked away first, his chest tight.
And from his spot on the couch, James noticed again, the corner of his mouth twitching like he understood far more than anyone gave him credit for.

Summary
Martin is already on his feet before Juhoon can fully process what he just said. His heart drops when he realizes he's expected to follow him right then and there. "Are you serious?" He whines in disbelief.
Spending seven whole minutes in an enclosed and tiny space with his new neighbour kind of sounds like one of those pranks you think are harmless but turn into a horrible massacre instead. Juhoon is far from ready for this nightmare to play out in front of his eyes.
"You heard him. Let's go," James encourages him and pushes at Juhoon's body to get him to leave.
(Mid nineties. Juhoon moves into a new neighbourhood, meeting Martin and his strange friend group. What seems to be a weird encounter soon enough turns into something much more meaningful - an unforgettable change of seasons full of love.)
