Summary
Robin stepped forward, wringing her hands, trying to wrap her head around what was happening. Her team didn’t know—they couldn’t know. She hid her identity deep within herself, never told a soul but Steve, who she knew, she knew would never tell.
“You shouldn’t be in here!” another voice cried, growling even deeper, twisting horribly gravelly. An insult followed, a word Robin dared not repeat. A word that made her feel dirty. Disgusting. Evil. She cowered away, her heart racing. She knew exactly what was happening, and the realization made her chest tighten in a vice grip. She couldn’t breathe.
Vecna’s voice rang out from all around her, every girl in the locker room speaking with him. “They know your secret, Robin. They know what you try so hard to hide.”

After a shift at Family Video, Robin sees that godforsaken clock and knows she’s in danger. Her friends come to her rescue and they all work together to protect each other, find each other’s Vecna songs, and maybe even find a little love along the way.

Without any more words they left her in the dining room. She mentally noted that rebellion was definitively not a good idea. Before moving, she cried. Quite a lot, but she was used it. It was just another painful memory to add to the list.
