Summary
Mona and Scaramouche both go to Teyvat High, but they couldn't be more different. Mona loves astrology, even going as far to be the president of her astrology club, and Scaramouche is practically the rich, pretty boy at Teyvat High, not to mention that he's one of the Fatui Harbingers, a group of the smartest, richest, and most popular people in school. They're complete enemies, to cut it short.
One chance encounter finds Mona and Scaramouche in the principle's office. Mona wants to complain about how funding rarely ever goes to the Astrology Club, and Scaramouche is, well, he's in trouble for breaking the rules. Again.
Principal Paimon forces them to work together, as student reform for Scaramouche, and to get Mona off her back. Suddenly, Scaramouche and Mona are spending way more time together than they would like, and strangely, Mona doesn't mind.

the yoongi of then was 7 when the tiny 4 year old jeon jeongguk moved from busan to seoul, a city much too big for the baby that doe-eyed jeongguk was, and yoongi felt protective of him immediately.
yoongi had an older brother, so he knew how important it was for younger kids to feel like they had someone to take care of them; jeongguk was an only child, and of course yoongi understood, even at 7, that the younger’s parents would be there to take care of him, but they couldn’t do that at places like school, where the younger was made fun of for his big front teeth, or on the playground, where he was pushed by the older kids for being too scared to go down the slide.
therefore, 7 year old yoongi took it upon himself to protect the child that was jeon jeongguk.
