Being away from the Outer Ring for so long, feelings were going to rise, tensions would be through the roof, and he should’ve known Lighter would’ve pulled him to his tent while everyone else is clocking in for the night. Billy isn’t going to say no, he’d never, he’s just worried about someone finding them like this.
