Things have been uneventful since Yuuri left Viktor's side. He misses Viktor dearly, but Viktor's been extremely busy as of late. (Maybe even more so than normal...)
Despite becoming public with their relationship, Yuuri's family still don't know. The weight of secrecy becomes too much to bear when he visits home for the first time in a long while, and he finally spills the much awaited beans. Now everyone wants to meet Yuuri's special new person. With how busy and distant Viktor has been since Yuuri left his side, he's not so sure if or when he can make that happen any time soon.
However, Christmas is on the horizon, and a certain person's birthday is creeping up. Maybe Yuuri can make a little holiday magic happen after all.

It's been several weeks since Viktor visited Yuuri in Detroit, and something big is coming.
Yuuri's due to visit Viktor in his own home, and this time, everything is going to go right. No stressing over (far too many) plans, no worrying about anything outside of his control. Viktor is determined to enjoy the few days he has with his cute boyfriend in the bliss of an easy autumn. Only not everything is quite so easy these days. Like a certain costume that refuses to work out right, a complicated gender experience that continues to escape his tongue, or a brain that refuses to let a painful past go when he desperately wishes to. But hey, what else is new?
Big things sure are on the horizon. Some of them are good, like Yuuri's fun little cosplay surprise he has in store for them both. And other things... well, sometimes they just need to happen.
