When there is a new kid who can barely speak english, the most logical explanation to help then learn would he to get them a tutor. A native english speaking tutor. So why the hell did the principal of South Park High School think it was a good idea for Craig Tucker, a native spanish speaker who is not entirely fluent in english, to teach Tweek Tweak, the french speaking new kid?
