Summary
Lucifer Morningstar seemed to be perfect in every way. He was funny, witty, caring, and an all around genuine guy. To top it all off, he was a top-level tenor player for the Nazareth High Marching Angels Drumline. Jesus Christ on the other hand felt like the complete opposite. He lived in a trailer park with his alcoholic neglectful mother, Mary. Chances are if she wasn't drinking, she was popping some strange pill, shooting up, or snorting some new drug. Jesus considered himself a decent flutist, but nowhere near the level of Lucifer, or Satan as the band affectionately called him.
In a lot of ways, Jesus envied Satan, hated him even. But why was it that he could never quite stop thinking of him? Was it his long, luscious hair? Or perhaps the way he smiled and waved at Jesus every time he saw him? Jesus didn't know, all he knew was that he'd better get home soon. His mom was probably overdosing again.

The ball’s being thrown around the field some more and, of course, Zoey still doesn’t know what’s going on, but she doesn’t have Mira to goof off with anymore, and she has to deal with Jinu breathing down her neck (like him being first chair gives him the right) and she can’t help but stare at the back of Rumi’s head, like it’ll get her to turn around so she can see her beautiful face some more (which she’s often robbed of in Calc since Zoey sits in the back), but it doesn’t work and so Zoey’s restless and irritated and bored.

The Attack on Titan universe is SOOO miserable! Titans, child soldiers, death & destruction everywhere you turn, straight up fascism, mind controlling oligarchy… YIKES. I think one reason this world is so fucked is that they don’t have the simple pleasures that make life worth living (or at least more bearable): music, art, really anything but survival and misery. At the very least not within the walled society of Paradis. This is an AU where music actually exists & is a major part of society, following Armin, Mikasa, & Eren thru college and their various musical experiences. Mirroring my own experience in music school, this project will be an attempt at processing my life experiences and sharing some of my worldview, thru the eyes of our beloved AOT dream team. Minor characters are all from AOT & may or may not reflect/parodize real people I’ve met, with efforts made to avoid going too out of character.
I also plan to make a concerted effort (pun intended) to include an audio clip of a musical performance in each chapter! To make it more fun! Sometimes they will be my own compositions/recordings, and when they are not I will attribute accurately & provide links/references/context for y'all <3
