The pink, flashy text popped up on Mika’s glowing monitor that was the only source of illumination in his unlit room.
“Mika! Don’t leave me!!!”
The character known as Yuuichiro “Yuu-chan” exclaims, the cry ringing through Mika’s headsets. The cutscene depicted Yuu sobbing from the point of view of the player. At the bottom of the screen showed this Yuu character holding on to the player’s supposed hand, and in the background complete chaos—the midst of an ongoing battle in a ravaged world.
OR:
In which Mika is a NEET/shut-in and Yuu is merely his 2D waifu, and more importantly, is the only thing keeping him going in life.
