“Sling?” Another call as Coil steps deeper into the back. “You ‘ere? Geez, place is a mess. Could help ‘ya.” He ends his words with a faint chuckle, maybe to hide his own nervousness. Had.. something happened? No, surely not. The front was.. moderately clean, meaning someone had to be back here. Maybe it’s not even Slingshot at all that’s working the closing shift, although he usually does.
Weird.
Another step and Coil is met with yet another closed door, although this one leads back to where the ovens are. He tilts his head, making his way towards it before he suddenly halts right in front, stopping his breath as an ear twitches to listen. A soft breathy pant is heard from behind the door, though quiet. Slingshot. It’s Slingshot.
