“You’re such a good grandfather to her,” you murmur into his shoulder.
Leon’s fingers halt against your arm, his body tensing against your side. You lift your chin to meet his steel blue gaze.
"I am not a grandfather,” Leon insists.
You shift against his body, one hand on his broad chest as you turn to face him. You tuck your feet under your thighs, a smile pulling at the corner of your lips at how offended he appears. It’s cute. Your head tilts to the side.
“I mean… You kind of are.”
