Summary
[Name] is a young witch taken in by Lilith. Due to a congenital heart defect, they are unable to perform magic. Overtime, [Name] has adapted to live without magic and, instead, with invention.
Their goal is to find out any-and-everything they can about how to harness magic without a bile sac. From friendly automatons to deadly weapons, [Name] utilises some of the more underrated covens techniques, including construction, healing, and potions.
Although, everything in their life is turned on its axis when Eda The Owl Lady's near-petrification brings them into the spotlight for Emperor Belos.

Summary
Nikolaus Grain is very old. And tired.
He works for an organisation that would put The Comission to rest and under a boss that would make The Handler piss her stockings. The Overseer, an all-knowing, all-seeing, omnipotent being, has made a deal with its dear employee.
Nikolaus must now travel between hundreds of thousands of realities to find just one version of Five Hargreeves that he can recruit to work in the organisation as well. If he succeeds, he traverses the ranks of the workplace. If he fails, he loses his job entirely and, along with it, his immortality.
Unfortunately for Nikolaus, Five Hargreeves is too stubborn to let his family die and too desperate to let Nikolaus leave this reality.
