In 1989, Jim Hopper moves to Montauk after marrying Joyce. It's a quieter life, peaceful even.
Three years later, he meets Sally Jackson. A year after that, he meets Percy Jackson. And for those weeks every summer over the next decade, life is a little less quiet - a little less boring.
