Funny how Louis could sum up everything he’d had with Zayn so easily.
Ex. One syllable, two letters. Fourteen years of friendship and marriage and everything else they had been to each other, put together and explained to anyone who asked with that one tiny word. Ex. Ex-Best Friend. Ex-Lover. Ex-Husband. Ex-everything, really. Zayn had truly become his everything, and Louis still ached in the spaces within that used to be filled by him, even all these years later.
Sometimes love was a bitch.

Summary
"C'mon, Zayn! Why don't you want to taste my lemonade? " the little blue-eyed Omega asked, holding out his glass filled with the sour yellow liquid of freshly squeezed. "Please! Just a sip! "
"I already told you I don't like lemons, Louis." snorted Zayn. "I never liked them, baby, and you know it well."
"Pleaseeeeee!"
"Okay, okay!" Zayn snorted again and, rolling his eyes, grabbed the glass full of lemonade. "But I want some sugar first, okay? I deserve it."
Louis shrieked with happiness, glad that he had managed to convince Zayn, and started to get up from the table when the Alpha's hand stopped him. "I have to go get the sugar, I'll be right back." he explained him, noting that the dark did not show any signs of letting go.
"But I don't want that kind of sugar." Zayn retorted, with a slight smile on his face, and little Omega didn't even have time to realize what was happening as his lips collided against those of the Alpha. "This is the sugar I wanted."

Summary
Zayn (39) moves to South London for a fresh start for his son, Zander (11), and himself after a mess of a divorce and a custody battle. But Louis (40) and Freddie (16), already living in the same South London city, Freddie crosses paths with Zander at the local library. Louis and Zayn refuse to allow their sons to be on friendly terms but to no avail, which forces Louis and Zayn to see each other. Feathers are ruffled, conflict arises, and tears of frustration and emotional pain are shed.
