   Summary

   Ollie Yang is your typical Asian American. He does alright in school, likes drinking bubble tea and watching anime, plays numerous musical instruments, and was perfectly content to live out high school in Las Vegas and follow in his father's footsteps and become a music composer. When his grandmother loses her job, however, the two of them move out to Jasper, Nevada, the country's capital of boredom, quiet, and an advanced alien race waging a secret war on Earth.

   Talk about unexpected.

   Ollie's life takes a complicated turn when he gets entangled in a millennia-long conflict that involved way too many robots and way too many cars for his liking, which is only made worse when his guardian is the alien leader and just so happens to turn into a semi-truck.

   AKA

   An introvert who vehemently dislikes cars is forced to make friends with cars that turn into robots. That's a double whammy right there.
