Summary
Izuku Midoriya easily accepted failure, especially with his past mistakes that cost him more than blood on the palms of his hands. Unfortunately, fate brought him closer to death once he found himself drowning in this river of regrets after a vulgar error like this one during his last mission. However, he didn’t expect to meet an older version of himself standing straight under his eyes, with the same stunned expression and…a pregnant belly.
The teenager believed in crazy happenstance, but he probably received a huge hit on the head to imagine this. There was no doubt, Izuku had a lot of questions to ask if he wanted to get back to his real world!
Or: Canon (high school) Izuku experiencing a time travel quick accident where he met his older self and learn bout the wonderful world of omegaverse, with a slight quest of self-growth and a happy ending.

Summary
Izuku stumbled back into the rain, his sobs wracking his fragile frame. He wandered into an alley, collapsing to his knees as the rain mingled with the blood on his skin.
“I’m sorry,” he whispered to the sky. “I’m so sorry. Please… please bring him back.”
His tears fell harder, his sobs turning into wails. “Take me instead! Please, take me!”
“Oi. Are you alive?”
The voice cut through the storm, low and gruff. Izuku’s head snapped up, his blurry vision focusing on the figure before him. An alpha, with blood-red eyes and ashen blond hair, stood under the dim glow of a streetlight. His presence was commanding, almost otherworldly.
Izuku’s lips trembled as he repeated the only words left in his shattered heart.
“Please…fuck me and g-give me a child,” he whispered.
And then, everything went black.
OR: A heavy angst, Izuku is a mess, and Katsuki is morally upright alpha who helped a lost omega to his feet again. A domestic bkdk and a load of Katsuki being the best alpha.

“I don’t give a flying fuck if we were once best friends. If you ever speak about me like some rut slut, I’ll rip your fucking tongue out with my bare teeth. I know you know exactly who she looks like - so you tell me, if she’s eight, how old was I when she was conceived?” Katsuki opened his mouth to snap back but it snapped shut when his mind did the math.
