Somewhere in Wano, there is a little girl weaving hats. There is a Shogun, who has done nothing but hurt his own people. There is an Emperor, too, who Luffy very much wants to grind into dust. (There is also a party to be had in the future, once Wano has been freed.)
The samurai might not be prepared for what is to come, but the Straw Hats have a plan, and Luffy can't wait.
Even though he, technically, doesn't know what the plan is. Oh well, Robin and Torao will figure it out for him.

Summary
The day Zoro agreed to follow Luffy was the day Zoro’s life changed.
He wouldn’t have expected it given his current circumstance of being strung up in the yard, crucified and on display for the entire marine base to mock and gawk at. Yet, even though his predicament couldn’t get much worse—having been beaten and starved up until this point—there was an irritating hope that presented itself in the form of a scrawny boy wearing a straw-hat. Zoro caught a scent in the air, his nose tickling with recognition.
