Summary
When it comes to the Alphas' infamous greatest strength, the Command, plenty of factors come into play. Age. Designation of the recipient. Determination of the Alpha. The level of trust between them, particularly in the context of a familial or mating bond.
Every single one of these factors is against Powder when Vi Commands her to stay. Powder cries and screams and smashes her weak, useless fists against her weak-willed, useless head, but her legs remain rooted to her room, to safety.
Powder hates Alphas—almost as much as she hates herself.
In which Ekko is Silco's left hand, Vi leads the resistance against him, and Powder lives safely in Piltover—until she doesn't.
