Summary
Aventurine sees the world as one grand gamble, where people are merely chips in his hands. Sunday sees himself as an ideal instrument of Heaven, bound to a mission with no room for failure.
When an angel falls, only a gambler would be reckless enough to catch him. And only an angel can see the true nature of the shadows that have haunted Aventurine his entire life.
