Through the haze, Megumi turns – his face must do something.
The man from Shibuya – what was his name? – looks down at him. “What’s with that expression?”
“Where’s Tsumiki?” Megumi asks in return, and God, he’s tired.--
After Sukuna is reincarnated completely, Megumi wakes up somewhere else, no longer alive, to be met with a vaguely familiar face.

And just as the man reached to lay his newborn son onto the altar and merge him with the demon that had killed his mother, he faintly heard hurried footsteps coming his way and looked up to see — a boy.
The boy halted immediately at the sight of the beast and the man, protectively holding a baby wrapped in cloth in his arms. The man looked at the child in the boy’s arms, and smiled kindly. “Hey, kid. What’s your name?”
The boy visibly hesitated, eyes darting cautiously to the gash in the manʼs stomach and the altar covered in straw before replying; “Itachi.”
“Well, Itachi,” the man said, as he silently redirected the Reaperʼs gaze. “Will you serve this country?”

After killing the Uchiha clan, Itachi leaves his brother behind to wander the forests of the Land of Fire. Gaining three or more siblings wasn't exactly part of the plan, but well, it's too late to go back now.

--With a shiny, regrettable empty spot in Taka to be filled, the team sets out to find someone well-known as the 'sightless man'. Despite the evident need of a somewhat stable person to complement them, they get stuck with -- well, definitely not what they'd asked for.
They'll have to deal with the consequences either way. But responsibility is most certainly not a feat Taka glorifies in any way, so they can only do what they do best; make and spread utter chaos.
or: Uchiha Shisui survives. He's not particularly happy about it.

Summary
What could Uchiha Sasuke possibly do in his life, except protect the ones he loves?
With good use of his genjutsu, a bit of dramatic flair, and the help of newfound friends, Sasuke can act out any scenario and trick anyone into thinking his intentions are entirely different than what they actually are. A pity, that this feat can be as life-saving as it can be destructive. Not that the others will be able to tell.
or: In which Sasuke has an ambition, but it's not the one you think it is.
or: Sasuke will do anything to make Naruto stronger, even if he loses himself along the way.
