Gon gets hit with a mysterious Nen ability that inexplicably makes him fall in love with Killua. He doesn't mean any of it, of course. It's entirely artificial. It has to be. As if he would ever actually have feelings for Killua.

Gon entered the room just as Killua came out of the bathroom. plopped down on the couch with a content sigh, skin rosy with heat and water still dropping from his hair.
“Something on my face?” Killua asked.
That’s when Gon realized he’d been staring and closed the door behind him.
“Nope. I was just thinking that you look happy”, he chirped.

Summary
It has to be Killua.
A warmth blossomed in Killua's chest, slow and viscous and honey-like, at the memory of those words from Gon's mouth. He'd replayed that soundbite in his head at least a thousand times by now, and it still hadn't lost its potency.
Did Gon know how much power his words had over him?

Killua frowns. His expression is carefully guarded as he says, “Why? There’s no reason to think about that stuff. My family did horrible things to all of my siblings. I’m no different.”
“To me, you are,” Gon says honestly and Killua’s mouth shuts with a click. “And it’s because of that I want you to tell me. I want to…I want to know every part of you, Killua. The good and the bad. Because we’re friends.”
“You want me to relive my childhood just so you can get to know me better?”
Gon bobs his head and Killua snorts.
