With the day being both; Valentine's Day and Rody's Birthday, it was quite indeed such a special day.. especially for one person, that being no other than Rody Lamoree himself. He indeed sometimes tended to forget when his own birthday was, considering the lover-boy he was, he'd be more focused on Valentines rather than what day it was for himself. But, now with Manon not here, who could he buy a Valentine's gift?
Then a sheer idea popped into his mind. He knew he wasn't entirely over Marieanne just yet, but he was.. well, somewhat getting there, a little better than he definitely was at first, so that's a change! Surely, an up-coming positive one. But, despite not having a girlfriend no more.. he still has someone close to him - someone he cared about as well. Who must that be, you say? Well.. of course, no other than his own boss! Vincent Charbonneau. Rody could go and buy Vincent something! Sure, they weren't in any romantic relationship, but platonic actions can still count today.. right? Surely Valentines Day wasn't just focused on romantic relationships?
