“I don’t feel guilty,” Zhou Xu says. His smile is patronising, one eyebrow raised, and he could have most people fooled—except Wen Kexing feels like he’s looking into a mirror. “We’re all dying on this island. Wherever I go, it’s no concern of yours.”
