Summary
Connor is nearly killed in the line of duty. Before the Revolution, he would have simply been dumped into another android shell with a patchwork of memory files to work off of. Now, well, it's not that simple. Now, he has to deal with things like replacement parts, and software incompatibilities. So, he gets to heal like a human does--slowly, and painfully.
He's not taking it well. Nobody's taking it well.
(This may or may not be a one-shot. We'll see.)

hank, who has suicidal tendencies, watching connor have suicidal tendencies: oh no

Summary
What Hank told them was this: Connor had a choice and he chose the power of good. He could have joined the machine uprising. He could have burnt everyone’s skeleton to a chain-link fence. He could have gone full Dolores. He could have become Death, destroyer of worlds. But no, he just strolled back into the precinct like vintage John Mulaney in his high-waisted man routine.
And, why? Who knows. Who the fuck knows. Hank wonders if the RK800 team at CyberLife can even figure this shit out, and they built him. Weirder than that, and maybe worse than that, the hyper-advanced AI investigator has decided to imprint itself on Hank, so now he’s got to teach Connor about the important things about life, like action movies and the Metallica Black album. And he’s got to get his own shit together.
December 2038. Captain Fowler assigns Reed to work with Hank and Connor in an overwhelmed precinct. Reed is tasked with an unusual android case out of spite, while Hank assists Connor in adjusting to life at the station. Just as Connor -53 starts to hit his stride, strange memories begin to surface: corrupted data, an advanced RK model, and the horrifying implications of past lives in CyberLife Tower.

Funny, irreverent, hilariously in-character; a plot of intrigue, conspiracy, and buried secrets that introduces itself as a simple casefic but spirals out into so much more. Series seems discontinued but this first installment is complete and Really Fucking Good

Summary
It had been a long time since the bat signal called Jason. A long time since that particular beacon had anything to do with him. He stuck to his streets. Dealt with Black Mask and Penguin and Two-Face when it suited him.
Jason perched on rooftops and fire escapes and kept his eyes on the ground. He listened to police scanners and hacked into the Bats' comms.
He didn't look up.
He remembered it, though. The rush of adrenaline when he'd spot the bat illuminated in the sky. As Robin, it meant an adventure was to be had. It meant purpose. Magic.
