Alicent Hightower is the chief of neurosurgery at Seattle Grace Hospital. Despite all her years of professionalism, all her years fighting for her position and building a reputation of being one of the most cutthroat people in the building, all of it manages to be undone the moment the chief of trauma, Rhaenyra Targaryen, gets under her skin. Alicent hates her more than anything.

Alicent holds her eye contact for a moment longer and follows with “You didn’t tell me you were going to cut it”. Again with the haircut. She shifts her focus with the shirt in her hands.
“Didn’t know I was. Just woke up one morning and got sick of myself,” Rhaenyra replied, “You should try being spontaneous,” she said after a beat. “It suits you.”
“I am spontaneous,” Alicent said, sitting up indignantly.
“You schedule your spontaneity.”
