It’s a deal that appears to be tilted heavily in Lennox’s favor, which made it all the more suspicious.
“I’m guessing this won’t be a useful memory at all.”

Lennox smiled at him indulgently. He set the ritual dagger down. Slowly, he traced along the cultist’s jaw with his fingers. Each touch left a streak of red in its wake. In this way, he painted the panting man’s face. Blots of blush on the high points of his cheeks, a dark cherry smeared along his lips.
“Open.” Lennox repeated. The cultist moaned softly and let his lips part.
Lennox used his thumb to pull them open wider, teasing the other with the taste of blood still cooling on his skin. He swiped over his tongue a few times before replacing the digit with the warm meat.

Once a tenday, the Cult of Bhaal gathers to watch the Dark Urge, Lennox Amafete, perform a ritual for their Dread Lord. It is there that a lucky one among them is fed. The selected cultist's resemblance to Enver Gortash is completely incidental.
Afterwards, Lennox has to answer to the hungers of his Father.
