Summary
There was a sincerity in Val’s voice now, buried beneath the flirtation. He wasn’t just offering sex; he was offering comfort, in the only way he knew how.
Vox could feel the desperation clawing at his insides, the need to regain control, to push away the feelings of vulnerability and humiliation that Alastor had left him with. Val stood there, watching him with those red, knowing eyes, the offer of his very own comfort still lingering in the air.
Or: Set right after "Stayed Gone" (EP 2), with Vox recovering from his public humiliation and Val helping him out.

Valentino was just another prize to possess, that was it. That was all that Vox wanted from the man, until it wasn’t. Fuck, what is going on.]

“I love you like this,” Vox whispers as Val's hands fall limp under the tightened wires. “Why can’t you just be like this?”
Val looks perfect. Helpless under his hands, unable to think or feel or see anything other than Vox.
