Summary
It is time for Osomatsu to marry, and to help him find a suitable wife, his parents have organized a beautiful ball in his honor. His twin brother, Choromatsu, cannot help but feel... jealous, and envious. That jealousy is not directed toward Osomatsu, however, but toward the girls that will receive his attention and affection. He wishes he could go to the ball as a girl and have a chance to win Osomatsu's heart as well, but deems it impossible. Perhaps, however, the apparition of his fairy godmother could help... ?

That when Osomatsu reenters his and the rest of the family's lieves. With no where else to go Choromatsu has him move in with him back in their childhood home, but each of them are holding a secret, both from each other, and another from everyone else around them.

“What... What's the meaning of this?!”
Choromatsu directs his anger to their eldest brother, pressing a finger to the cover that contains the image of a very familiar Matsuno wearing a baseball gear along with the bright, wide smile that distinguishes him from the others. He's holding up his baseball bat while surrounded by likewise smiling men in uniform whose features are pretty anonymous, driving the viewer to realize he's the real star of the movie. A red “18” crossed by a slash is slapped in the corner, giving everyone the clear hint this isn't the genre of movie anyone would happily recommend to a younger audience.
