Summary
The first time Seungkwan took the time to identify it, the sun was coming up over the horizon and crisp morning air was burning holes in his chest.
He was leaning against the car, a battered red jeep, waiting for Minghao to finish filling it with gas.
This is what love must look like, he thought to himself, watching the smooth line of Minghao’s body disappear into the dimly lit store at the rest stop to pay.
He shoved the thought down as soon as he had it, like a bad test at the bottom of his backpack. It was not the time for those thoughts, not now and not ever.
