Summary
Nie MingJue was filled with despair. He had spent the last several months trying to find a suitable partner for Nie HuaiSang, only for his younger brother to reject every single suitor he proposed over the most ridiculous reasons. Little did he know that Nie HuaiSang had already had someone in mind. And Nie MingJue was almost certainly going to explode when he found out.
Or the one where Nie MingJue went ballistic over Nie HuaiSang and Nie ZongHui. Well, for a moment at least.

Summary
Mel made her look up every now and then, made her see a bigger picture that it was so easy to lose amid the minutiae of what it took to keep this planet safe from foes the general public had no idea even existed. If Kate was her work, then Mel was her window on the world, her reminder that there was more to life beyond this gleaming monolith of glass and steel.
Which is why, looking back, it shouldn’t have been a surprise that it was Mel who saw it first.
