Price’s eyebrow twitches. Ghost’s head tilts, slow and predatory, and Johnny feels the weight of that stare like a hand on the back of his neck, heavier now after the way Ghost watched him drink.
“The bastard?” Gaz asks, innocent as Sunday school, his voice low and warm right beside Johnny.
“My prostate, ye daft cunt.” Johnny laughs, but it comes out jagged, embarrassed heat crawling up his neck.
Oh God this was a mistake.

Summary
He rushes to the trash can; this morning’s breakfast (which is not much) comes up entirely. Dennis can hear commotion around him, and Princess and Perlah are talking to each other over the desk. Dana curses loudly, rushing to the boy’s side. “Hey, kiddo, you doing alright?”
“Woahhh…what’s happening right now? Whitaker? You alright?” Dennis can hear Dr. Robby’s voice now, next to him, not vomiting anymore--just spitting bile now. God, he feels like this the first shift all over again---maybe this is how Javadi felt minus the throw-up.
“Whitaker, I need you to answer me.”
When Dennis finally lifts his head from the trash can, almost all the staff have somehow stopped their work, watching him. They either cough awkwardly or just look away as his eyes finally find Robby’s own. There is some concern in his eyes, but the rest is stern and slightly grumpy.
Or: Dennis finds out some unexpected news---emphasis on the 'expecting' part.
