She bit her lip and exhaled shakily, “If you are so sickened by the prospect of marrying me, we should be able to obtain an annulment easily enough with your father’s connections.”
“I will do no such thing.” he snapped, refusing to look at her.
Sansa had never felt more rejected than she did at that moment. Her past experiences of being humiliated at the hand of Joffrey did not feel as painful as this. Even so, she could not allow him to see the weakness in her, not now.
“I will not be left out, Jon.” she said, tilting her chin up to look down at him.
He grimaced. They were silent for longer than she cared to count, but each second that he did not speak chipped away at her resolve and her ability to withhold her tears. Jon did not want her, and she could not blame him. Who could ever want her? It should not have distressed her as much as it did. She was never his favourite sister, she who treated him as a stranger since she was old enough to understand what a bastard was. A tear slipped down to her face until she tasted the salt of it on her lips.

She wasn’t sure when they’d gotten so close, but she knew they kept getting closer. He smelled like cigarettes and beer she’d never drink, but there was something else there too that made it intoxicating.
Sansa had never really understood when Marg would tell her that just from a look in a coat closet she’d seen the whole night play out. She did now.
It seemed inevitable, that they’d fall into bed together, though Sansa Stark was not the sort who fell into bed with anyone.
“Stupider than that,” he mused.

When he starts receiving suggestive photos from his half-sister, he responds in kind, partly to see where she'd stop and partly as a silent 'fuck you' to his father's resentful wife.
Sansa's starting high school, and she's beginning to push boundaries and explore her sexuality. Who better to do it with than the hot boy who just moved into her basement? The fact that he might be her brother is actually a good thing, right? That way there's no chance of things going too far.
What essentially starts as a game of chicken soon evolves into something more intense than either Jon or Sansa expected.

My take to Jon Snow was raised in Essos.
After his death in Meereen in service of his Queen and aunt Jon is raised from the dead by the high priestess of the Red God, with the veil of life gone from his eyes he is not blind anymore and what before was but a feeling starts to take form. His aunt is not who she made him believe she was, who she wants everyone to believe, who she herself believes herself to be. As he follows her west to conquer the Iron throne more problems add up to their already problematic and deteriorating relationship.
A brother he hadn't dared to believe might want him or accept him.
A family in the North he had been told had shunned him at his birth.Can he face the choices he will have to make with the dead marching on them from beyond the Wall, can he find belonging and peace with the red-headed girl-queen he has been dreaming about?, with the family that choses him and the war for the Iron throne looming putting all he cares for at risk?
Can the pack heal him, can family heal? Can he help them heal? To what length are you ready to go to protect those you love?
Don't go in the forest, if you can't face the wolf; but if you do, be prepared to face the pack.

In the Vale, Sansa's been living as Alayne Stone, while Littlefinger's been planning to betroth her to Harry the Heir and win back the North in her name. But when whispers of Arya Stark being forcibly wed to Ramsay Bolton reaches the Eyrie, a new game must be played. Sansa must reveal herself sooner than intended and ride to Winterfell with the Knights of the Vale at her back.
They head for the Wall to join forces with Stannis Baratheon but instead they meet a much changed Jon Snow who has Theon Greyjoy as his prisoner. Jon and Sansa must work together to take back Winterfell, if they want to prepare the North for the wars yet to come.
They need to trust each other. Their safety and capacity to love depends on it.
(This takes place post S4 and has aspects of both show and book storylines.)
