She didn't know how long she'd been staring out the parlor car's massive windows, idly sipping at her coffee before a low and gruff voice made itself present.
"What are you doing awake?" Dan Heng asked, breaking the peaceful silence of the quiet Express.
Stelle simply turned to him and patted at the space next to her, beckoning him to join. "I could ask you the same thing."
