Summary
Leaving the mafia had been Osamu Dazai’s number one priority—after his best friend died telling to do so, and of course, he defects only a few days after that. Dazai’s almost proud of himself, until he gets trapped in a cruel twist of fate: taking care of a baby and being on the run from the mafia. That kind of life gets easy with a year or two—but when it’s time to come out of hiding and advance to the frontlines, he has reached the point of utter ruin. It can’t get any worse than this, right?
That was, until Chuuya Nakahara, his former partner, and the father of his child found out, creating a new array of unresolved problems and oh so much tension between them. If there’s a word for ‘worse than exes but still love each other and pining for each other so much it’s inhumane’, he desperately wants to know. It really cannot get worse from this point.
Until all his secrets come tumbling down and he gets exposed for who he truly is.
