It was just an ordinary walk to a restaurant. Tim had insisted that if they were going to talk, there would be no tape recorders or weird Archives ghosts listening in. A bit of fresh air wouldn’t kill him, Tim had said. What could go wrong?
By the time Jon spots the white delivery van, it’s much too late.
The Stranger kidnaps Jon. Tim comes along for the ride.

"So," Martin takes a sip from his mug, the same sunflower one from the night before. "You're a human, then?"
Jon nods. "Once. It's... Complicated." Jon grabs his thimble and takes a sip. Chamomile. Better than peppermint he thinks, but still not his favorite.
"It's a curse. Pretty bad one, too." He sets the thimble down. "Not painful, necessarily, not like lots of curses. But... Inconvenient. And it doesn't seem to be leaving me anytime soon."
"I could help you." Martin offers, and when Jon looks up at him, he seems just as surprised by the offer as Jon does.
"I mean, well... I'm an apothecary. I could try to heal you, if you'd let me." Martin explains, staring down at his tea.
_________Jon is the victim of an odd curse, and the kind apothecary who saved his life offers to heal him and let him stay in his cottage. How could Jon possibly say no?

Summary
Martin was nervous. Because his kinda-boyfriend seemed very prone to. Touching. Not in any kind of sexual way—at least, he didn't think so, but that was a whole other can of worms he didn't want to get into yet—just sort of a clingy, affectionate kind of way. Martin loved the touch, in a general sense, but Jon tended to like to touch him on all the parts that Martin, apparently, didn't like about himself.

Martin is, to put it mildly, very bad at hiding his lycanthropy. Luckily for him, Jon is even worse at picking up on obvious clues than Martin is about not leaving them in the first place.
Or, five times Jon failed to pick up on the fact that Martin’s a werewolf, and one time he was forced to.

I've recently been unexpectedly promoted to lead a department in my organisation, wrote the anonymous emailer.
As there was no one working here when I arrived, my manager, who is head of the organisation, had promised me the choice of my own assistants. However, without warning, he simply presented me with an additional assistant. This new assistant’s first act on his first day was to let a dog into the office. It took several hours to catch and clean up after this dog and it has only been downhill from there. I admit I'm not entirely sure what to do with this assistant now I'm stuck with him. I'm hoping you have some advice?

Summary

Unfortunately, after a run-in with some violently drunk men while lying on the beach amongst common harbor seals, he finds himself captured anyway- by the scientists running the Rehabilitate and Release program at the Magnus Marine Life Research Center and Aquarium in Bournemouth, England.
Jonathan Sims is a marine biologist working at the Magnus Center. With a double-major in paranormal sciences, his job is to screen any new creatures the Center acquires in order to find out if they are mundane or if they carry traits of the supernatural that would prompt further study.
When Jonathan Sims lays eyes on Martin Blackwood... he sees a common seal.
