Spoke infiltrated the mafia, but alone.
No one (other than Jamato and Ash) knows about his exploits. not even his best friends, Mapicc, Planet, and somewhat Minute?
(yes, Minute is in the mafia still here and yes, the rest know.)
He's very good friends with everyone else, but no one knows he is technically in the mafia.
The rest reside in district 13, coming up with a plan to take down the mafia, not knowing spoke is involved in the most twisted way possible.
