Summary

Summary
Two years ago, Erin Anakuzen, the well-loved proprietress of a Shinto shrine in Yongen-Jaya, died violently, and her daughter Saya found a journal left by Erin that pulled her into a mystery that went far beyond what she could have imagined.
In the present, a classmate's unintentional class-cutting and the appearance of a mysterious transfer student ends up setting Saya back on the course of a 2-year-long investigation into the death of her mother, confronting the truth of the world's corruption alongside the Phantom Thieves. Throughout it all, she has to face her inner demons, the unjust society that forced her onto this path, and the truth of her mother's legacy.
