Cel is a new cowboy, practically fresh of the train from back East out on their first job with Earhart, a mysterious cowboy who lost her posse in a recent bandit attack. The two of them are in charge of taking some cattle from Houston to Chicago. On the way they make discoveries about each other and themselves, and maybe even fall in love.
