At the same time, a young woman named Rhaenyra “Rain” Averleigh arrives in England after years abroad. Quiet, observant, and far more worldly than most ladies of the Season, she quickly learns that London society is a game of appearances, secrets, and carefully guarded reputations.

Unfortunately, Dante Sparda has never been particularly good at ignoring interesting things.
The Quiet Quill is an alternate universe of the Devil May Cry: Blood and Halo series, reimagining the same characters — including original character Rhaenyra “Rain” Averleigh — within a Regency-inspired setting.

While drowning her sorrows at a bar, she meets Rio, a PhD student working behind the bar to make ends meet, who proposes an insane solution to her problem. Or rather, proposes to Agatha.
