Summary
The war was over but a new threat was arising.
A dangerous creature has been terrorising towns for weeks now. It works in the dead of night, ravaging local villages with it's unquenchable thirst for flesh.
At first it was merely pets going missing, animal carcasses showing up at door steps and pools of blood appearing out of no where.
That is until a mutilated body of a young mobian is found.Sonic the hedgehog, though more worn from the recent war, has been tracking this beast, and is now determined to stop it before it causes widespread panic or hurts any more innocents. But what he's been searching for has been closer than he thought, with the help of an unexpected ally, he discovers that the voices he's been hearing, his nightmares, sleep walking and random gaps in his memory might be more than just a result of exhaustion.

Summary
Fists are pounded against his back as he drinks to his heart's content. She struggles against Shadows' frame, fighting to get free to no avail. Slowly, her hits grow further and far between. She grows pale under her fur, and by the time Shadow is content, she's long since fainted.
Shadow drops the woman, paying her no mind whatsoever. He dusts himself off, straightens his wrinkled attire, and turns to dissolve into the night when a sudden click makes him pause.
“Oh come on, didn't your mother ever tell you it's rude to just leave a lady like that?”

Summary
"What do you want, Faker? Why are you here at-" Shadow squinted at the clock- "three in the fucking morning?"
Sonic swallowed, tapping his foot anxiously, feeling a lot like a scared little kid under Shadow's judgemental stare.
"Well?"
"I can't sleep."
Unpleasant memories are keeping Sonic awake at night, so he seeks comfort from the one person who might be able to understand.
