It’s been three years since Izuku had last been here. The annual summer festival had always been a huge part of his year. He had been every year since he was a kid; dragging his mother to all of the stalls and trading hero cards with Kacchan.
The last time he came was when he was eighteen. The summer after graduation, Katsuki had confessed to Izuku not that long ago, so in return Izuku had dragged his new boyfriend to the festival like old times.
