Summary
Simon ruins everything he touches. This much, he knows. It's obvious, it's made him wary, cold. Closed off to the world, for it's own safety. So why did Soap entrust him with his self-destructive mess of a little sister as his dying wish? Simon can only guess, now. Because Johnny is buried six feet deep in the unforgiving Earth, and Simon is convinced he will do nothing but ruin you.

Summary
The 141 being snowed under with intel and digital tech they can't decipher, ask Laswell to send them Digital Specialist to assist them. She is not what Ghost expects and she triggers changes in his life that he never expected to experience.
This is a slow burn friendship/love story. I wanted to give Simon 'Ghost' Riley some much needed love, happiness and comfort. The story doesn't follow the events of the Modern Warfare stories, but does borrow details from canon.
This is my first attempt at writing for others, so constructive comments are welcome. The story has been living in my head for a year and only recently decided to write it down. I hope you all enjoy a different take on our boy Simon.
