How to communicate that he’s waiting, cowering, and afraid. And still, he’d do it a third time, lose another limb, run straight into malice if it meant they’d get to sleep in the same bed. Summary
An unfortunate first meeting lends itself into triggering a chain of events that leads Marinette to become Adrien's temporary secretary while his is on maternity leave. The only hard part is, they can't keep their eyes off of each other. Actually, I lied. The real hard part is that Hurricane Marinette has breakdowns every few days, and Adrien's nosiness is going to cost him more than he'll ever know. And it's hard to seek comfort when the only person you want it from is a wall away and somehow, unreachable.

Summary

Will Kate be able to continue on, should Alex get drafted? What if he never comes back? Will Kate find comfort from another...?
This fic is based off of my farmer, Kate. It begins at the start of year 4, after she has married Alex and had one child, Jak. This is the continuation of her story.
