Summary
Caine needs the humans to love him, so, he does something incredibly drastic by altering their mind files, but only by a bit- or at least, he thinks it was only by a bit. Though, soon, he notices something went terribly wrong, Gangle, Kinger and Jax are the only ones who can remember anything, the rest are all probably going insane, (or well, they all are) the other not being able to remember things, and now he needs to fix it. And fast too.

"I think it would be funny if everyone manages to escape the Digital Circus in the end and they don't want Caine's AI to trap any more people so they somehow manage to drag him to the human world with them. Now the tables have turned and it's Caine's turn to be absolutely flabbergasted by reality and his new human body." -Me, 2023
In hindsight, bringing an Artificial Intelligence computer program back with them to the real world was probably not the best idea. But hey: they were still alive. Somewhat. That counted as a win in Pomni’s book.

Daytime. It was always daytime. Everyone bathed in the light was lost in thought beneath the perpetual daylight, and Kinger always stood apart, a foil to all those contemplative souls. He was the narrator, the backdrop, the buffer that smoothed over awkward silences when it mattered most. In short, he was always the mad, addled old king who seemed to stand with everyone around him, yet truly dwelled only in his own world. Each person went about their duties under the sun, sparing little thought for Kinger, who was as constant and unremarkable as the air itself.

Summary
There's a new member in the circus. Everyone was so caught up in rebuilding after Jax's abstraction and Caine's return that the concept of a new person joining the circus seemed to escape their minds.
Luna's last memories are of what she can only describe as her own traumatic death. Unlike the other members of the circus she doesn't remember putting on a headset, she remembers being held under water until she can't breath and what's the last thing she sees before she looses consciousness? The moon. So when she wakes up in a world where everything is way too brightly colored, the laws of physics are blatantly ignored, and she can't even remember her own name that she would choose to name herself after the last thing she saw.
As Luna explores the circus she learns more about how exactly she ended up there, what exactly it means to abstract, why the moon has taken such an interest in her and seems to know everything about her, but most importantly, she will learn if she truly is dead.
