Katsuki dragged himself out of bed, each of his limbs like lead as he trudged towards the door, stumbling over old hoodies and discarded socks. The door opened with an ear-splitting shriek, making Katsuki wince before opening his eyes to glare at whoever had decided to fuck up his day.
Behind the door stood Shouto, a blanket cape over his shoulders, Yumi tucked into the crook of his elbow and wide glossy eyes that looked at him like he'd hung the moon.
Oh.
Oh... shit.
'Fuck my fuckin' stupid fuckin' sick stupid-'

Summary
The awkwardness made Katsuki cringe, though he did his best to keep that internal. He felt bad all of a sudden. Like, obviously, Shouto probably knows why he's here and, let's be honest, no one typically wants to talk about needing pull ups regularly and suddenly needing different ones because you've outgrown yours. So, yeah, fair enough. But, regardless, Katsuki stoned his face and powered through.
OR:
Shouto grows out of his pull ups. This doesn't go down well.

Heavy footsteps made their way towards the kitchen and Keigo looked up in time to see a very furious-looking Dabi round the corner. The scarred man locked eyes with him, glaring heatedly, and paused in the entryway. The expression on his face became unreadable- though still very angry- as he stood and stared, still taking in the scene he’d walk in on.
Hawks, for his part, started to cry harder.

They’re quiet for a minute, and when he looks up, Deku is watching him. Katsuki swallows, forcing it down, for fuck’s sake. Now’s not the time, it’s never the goddamn time. There will never be a time. Even if Deku’s eyes are so, so green.
“Still sky-high on morphine?” He teases. “You’re like a space case.”
Deku laughs a little, and Katsuki begrudgingly aches at how much he missed it.
“I am grateful, Kacchan. Thanks for saving me...Like you always do.”
Katsuki’s hand twitches on the cup. He bites his tongue, holds it an extra second before something stupid bubbles out uncontrollably. Staring at these four walls for days, mostly alone with Deku, has made him weird, sort of sappy, undeniably weaker. Not physically, but metaphorically. Like, in the knees or something.
He can’t imagine more of this. He has to be fucking careful. He draws a wobbly line in the sand and tells himself not to cross it.
“That’s right.” He digs into his pocket to pull out his phone for a distraction. He can feel Deku’s eyes on him, still, probably paired with a mushy, ridiculous smile. “Gonna start charging you for it.”

Several quiet beats pass between them. Far away, the ruckus of the rest of the League echoes into the night. Everyone always goes buck wild after these meetings, all riled up.
Dabi holds his hand out. In the shadows it’s hard to see his face, even with Hawks’ eyesight.
“Light?” He offers again, flicking his fingers together. A tiny blue flame pops into existence in his palm and dances against the dark. It’s…sort of beautiful. Like a miniature star.
“…Yeah.” Hawks nods minutely and bridges the gap, stepping closer. He dips the cigarette into the small fire and lifts his hand to shield it from the wind.
Dabi shakes his head. “It won’t go out on its own. Don’t insult me, Birdie.”
Hm. Hawks isn’t sure if it’s the funny nickname or the first breath of nicotine, but he gets a head rush.
“Thanks.” He says, blowing out a cloud of smoke. Warmer already.
