Idia took a deep breath, just to ready himself for the occasion, before knocking on Leona’s bedroom door, “Leona..? It’s me, Idia. Are you ready for our date..?”
Idia could hear thumping behind the door, followed by a line of curses before Leona was opening the door, “Hey there, radish sprout. I’m ready for our date.”
“Great! Um…” What were normies supposed to say in a situation like this? Should he… say something about Leona’s outfit? He’s dressed rather nicely in a suit of his own with shoes so shiny that Idia felt as if he could see his reflection in them. Leona could ditch his tie, though… because like, really? A leopard print tie? Who wears a leopard print tie to a date?
“You look… Handsome.” Leona beat him to the outfit compliment, it seems, “Well, you always look handsome, but-” He let out a sigh, shaking his head, “Nevermind me. Shall we go?”
