Summary
The time of the Ancient Gods has passed. Old myths have been forgotten, leaving the Greek Gods too weak to reclaim their legacy. As Olympus began to fade, a desperate solution was presented: if the myths were reclaimed, the mortal world would have no choice but to recognize the Gods once more. The children of the Gods were tasked with the responsibility to relive their parents' stories. If they agreed, they would be granted the powers of a god. If they refused... the Fates wouldn't take kindly to their insolence.
Will Solace, son of Apollo, was given the unfinished task of completing Apollo's legacy after his older brother died. Destined to be unable to save anyone he loves, the demigod isn't too keen on repeating his father's mistakes. However, Will doesn't have a choice unless he wants his younger siblings to suffer. Helpless to change his Fate, the day Will has to sign his life away grows closer...
But Nico di Angelo doesn't seem to have such qualms about betraying their parents' myths. As Nico gets tied deeper into the start of a Civil War, Will is pulled along to witness a not so Happily "Ever After".
