Summary
“Drinking alone?” The woman beside her asked, low and raspy.
God, even her voice was sexy. The sound of it sending a shiver down her spine. It almost sounded familiar.
“How pathetic.” The woman said coldly.
At that, Agatha’s eyes shot up. Pale blue meeting deep brown.
Rio.

Summary
“Uh, hi.” Rio fingers the strap on one of her backpacks. “I’m- meeting someone here? Actually, I’m… moving in. Well, I’m not moving in, but I’m staying- um, do you know Ag-”
“She’s with me,” a sharp voice says, and- oh. Agatha Harkness exits the rightmost elevator. She’s dressed in tailored black slacks and a blousy white top, dark hair loose over her shoulders, falling in waves that are unfortunately just the right size and shape for Rio to reach up and tug. Her heels clack against the marble tile floor.
“Hi, Agatha.”
“Rio Vidal.” Agatha gives Rio a onceover – no less thorough or scrutinizing than her flashy doorman – and turns away quickly. “Hi, Clint. She’s the one I mentioned before. Do you have her key ready?”
or: broke grad student and certified lesbian disaster rio vidal crashes on agatha harkness' foldout couch. it's a lot more life-affirming than you'd think.

Summary
“Oh, you’ll have to tie me down if you want me to submit to you,” Agatha explains casually.
Rio stares, trying to process that. “I need to tie you down?” she says, bewildered. “For you to… get into the correct headspace?”
“No, I will literally fight you if you don’t tie me up. And I mean entirely immobilized. I’ll claw your eyes out or try and bite you otherwise.”
Agatha Harkness has been accused of being a bad sub. She categorically denies it, and hires a dominatrix to prove it. She is by far the most interesting and challenging client Rio Vidal has ever faced.

Summary
Agatha whipped her head and body towards the student. “What the fuck is your problem?”
“No problem,” She shook her head, smirking. “I like talking to you.”
“You like pissing me off.” Agatha sniped, plucking her glass off the bar when it arrived.
“Those two seem to be one in the same.”
“Just tell me something.” She said after letting a sip burn down her throat. “Where do you get off speaking to a respected professor like that?”
“Like what?”
“You were argumentative, disrespectful, dismissive–”
“No, Agatha, that was you.”
“Dr. Harkness.” Agatha corrected. “Only people I like can call me Agatha and I don’t like you.”
“Now, that’s not true.” Rio tilted her head. “You’re talking to me, aren’t you?”
