donghyuck blinked at the guy in disbelief. “uh, dude, are you sure? i make tacos, not teriyaki chicken. that’s renjun and chenle in the next truck.”
“i’m not moving. i swear, your sign says teriyaki,” the man popped back into sight, crossed his arms and stood there defiantly, staring up at donghyuck’s angrily contorting face. “you’re just lying.”
“it says tacos! and why would i lie about chicken?” donghyuck said, incredulous, not caring about how his voice carried across the entire lot. he didn’t see people and vendors alike turn to look at the scuffle, either.
“i’m not leaving until you admit you sell teriyaki chicken.”

Mydei is stuck in a strange state of existence. While most believe him an alpha due to his outward appearance and reputation as a fierce warrior, he has no secondary gender and a limited sense of smell.
Usually, he wouldn’t care and even prefers not having to deal with heats and ruts, but lately, being around Phainon has him feeling off-center. There’s a weird prickling sensation in his nape that won’t go away, and his entire body heats up at even the slightest provocation.
Is he, somehow, growing allergic to Phainon? Is that what this is?
Alternatively, Mydei presents as an omega because of one very oblivious Deliverer and has to deal with the consequences.

“Maybe,” Mydei grumbles. “A real hero wouldn’t leave the one he loves to fight alone.”
