“We do not have a partnership, Wesninski. Partnerships are bought.” Nathaniel looked into those onyx eyes and almost felt free. He wanted to be free. He wasn’t—far from it—but he didn’t have the willpower to tell himself to keep fighting.

OR
What if Neil hadn't completely escaped his life as Nathaniel and had ended up as a Raven? And what if Andrew didn't sign with the Foxes and instead signed with the Ravens because Neil/Nathaniel was there? And what if Andrew and Neil had met before?
