   Summary

Kokichi Oma and Shuichi Saihara are childhood friends, and together they dream up plans to create a super powerful, super secret organization as a way to take revenge on their bullies.

That was 12 years ago now. Shuichi has long since grown out of that childish fantasy, and has gone on to become one of the most successful detectives in Japan. He doesn't know where Kokichi is, but it doesn't often cross his mind. He's nothing but a faint memory now, and after all, it's unlikely that their paths will ever meet again.

Until a certain Phantom Thief shows up, who feels all too familiar to someone Shuichi used to know...
